4:45 - 5:30 p.m. Activity for Havdalah - During Yizkor and Ne’ilah services on Yom Kippur, we invite you to join us for a unique, hands-on Havdalah experience. Designed for all ages, this program offers an opportunity to create your own spice jars, filled with fragrant spices that symbolize the sweetness of the new week. Instead of traditional Havdalah candles, we will use glow sticks to mark the transition from the reflective day of Yom Kippur into a fresh start. The program will conclude with a meaningful Havdalah ceremony in the sanctuary as a whole congregation using the items you've created, leaving you renewed and ready for the week ahead.
