US BRIDGES – A SOCIAL COMMUNITY FOR THOSE WITH MEMORY LOSS

Join our Adult Day community of active and enthusiastic participants. We offer a social group model for those with memory loss who are independently capable of completing their daily activities.

The daily program challenges participants, encourages an active lifestyle and brings together a mix of both cognitive and physical activities, designed to create social and inter-generational interactions and cultural involvement.

Our activities include music, art, exercise, brain games, outdoor activities and fresh meals prepared on site.  We are open to people from all backgrounds and faiths but, from time to time, Jewish traditions are highlighted.
