Having Fun, While Supporting University Synagogue
Generations was started in 1995 to help support the many wonderful programs we offer at University Synagogue. Generations members make a ten year financial commitment in addition to dues. As a Generations member, you will receive these yearly benefits:
- A reserved parking space for the High Holy Days in the main parking lot
- A catered dinner and discussion with Rabbi Rachlis about his annual trip to Washington D.C. as part of the “White House Fellows” program
- Special cultural events, such as a concert by Cantor Braier singing non-liturgical music, followed by a dessert reception
- A cocktail party and catered dinner with entertainment
- Additional special programs and entertainment events
All of the above events are included in your Generations membership. Made up of families, singles and couples, Generations achieved a goal of 100 donor households last year! Our new goal is 125 – come help us support University Synagogue and enjoy these unique experiences.
All members of University Synagogue are invited to join the Generations Group, by making a ten year commitment of at least one thousand dollars per year over and above dues. Please call the synagogue office at (949) 553-3535 for more information or to become a Generations member.
