Welcome to University Synagogue Pre-School where your children will smile from the minute they arrive!  My goal is to install a love of learning and make each day an exciting adventure for each and every child.

Heidi’s passion for teaching and creativity have earned her a reputation as one of Orange County’s leading Early Childhood Jewish educators.  A nationally award-winning teacher with over 25 years experience in the field of Jewish education, Heidi has taught both

Pre-School and kindergarten and has created and directed a Jewish Pre-School in Orange County.  She has been Head and Mentor teacher at University Synagogue for the past 12 years.  Heidi received the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation Master Teacher award in 2000 and was the recipient of the Grinspoon-Steinhardt Award for Excellence in Jewish Education for 2002.
